Technology:

Memory foam was introduced by NASA in the early 1990's to help alleviated pressure from the tremendous G Forces of lift off. Today memory foam is one of the most popular mattresses to sleep on. This product is comparable to the Tempur-Pedic models, and is at a fraction of the cost for a product that feel so similar it is almost unnoticeable.

Shipping:

Free standard shipping is available on this product. Free standard shipping consist of using the most economical means to ship your mattress which includes but not limited to common carrier, UPS ground, USPS, or Fedex ground. Free standard shipping takes an average 7-10 business days to arrive after payment has been confirmed. Free standard delivery is available to customers within the 48 contiguous states. Additional fees will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada have different shipping rates, please contact us for a shipping quote if you are shipping to these areas.

Additional fees will apply to other shipping white glove in home set up delivery methods, such as standard white glove or express white glove delivery. Other express shipping methods may also require additional fees for delivery.

Additional fees will apply to orders that require mattress set up and removal.

Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom (Includes up to half hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.

Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks on major brands and up to 2-3 weeks for other brands. Mattress sets in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours; otherwise mattress sets are ordered and received from our manufacturers in 3-5 days. Transit time is approximately 1-2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)

Express White Glove Delivery:

Additional cost vary depending on mattress brand

Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded.

Delivery timing: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 3 days. Remote locations can take 1 to 6 days extra. Check Your Delivery Area(Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.) Adjustable Bases and smaller sizes such as Twin, Twin XL, Full, and Full XL; may not be available for this service. (available via non-Express White Glove Delivery.)

Mattress Removal:

Free on every specific mattress set. As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Additional fees may apply for removing your mattress.

If you wish to add removal to any other brand, please call or email and we can add this service for only $99. Otherwise, mattress removal is not part of the delivery service.

Comfort Exchange Policy:

21 Day Comfort Exchange Policy

In order to ensure the sleeping comfort of all our valued customers, brand manufactures affiliated with Mattress Quote encourages you to sleep on your new mattress for at least two weeks to allow your body to adjust to the support that your mattress offers. However, if you determine at any time, up to 21 days after delivery, that you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, Mattress Quote brand affiliates will allow you to exchange it for a new mattress under the following terms and conditions:

1. If you wish to make a Comfort Exchange, you must contact customer service no later than the 21st day after the original delivery date. NOTE: All Comfort Exchanges must be completed no later than 28 days from the original delivery date. This means that if you call customer service on the 21st day after delivery, you must be available to select a new mattress and schedule the exchange and delivery within the following 7 days.

2. Eligibility for this Comfort Exchange Policy is contingent on the purchase of a mattress protector at the time of sale. The Comfort Exchange Policy fee will be reduced by the purchase price of the mattress protector (maximum credit for mattress protector not to exceed the full cost of the Comfort Exchange Benefit fee). For example, the comfort exchange fee for a king size mattress is $129, less the purchase price of a king size mattress protector at $139.99 purchased at time of sale, the Comfort Exchange Policy fee will be reduced to $0.

3. Mattress protectors must be purchased at the time of sale and appear on the same invoice as the mattress. Comfort Exchange Policy is not offered on mattresses purchased without a mattress protector. This excludes Tempur-Pedic mattress purchases. Tempur-Pedic offers a 90 night in home trial. If you are returning a Tempur-Pedic mattress, we will reimburse the full purchase price, except for a one time shipping and handling fee of $175.

4. Limit one Comfort Exchange per customer.

5. All Comfort Exchanges must be for mattresses or sets of equal or greater value.

6. The customer is responsible for paying the difference between the regular everyday price of the new merchandise and the regular everyday price of the original merchandise, plus applicable Comfort Exchange and delivery fees and taxes. NOTE: The customer shall not pay more for the new merchandise than any current non-expired brand manufacture advertised price for that item except exchanges on Stearns and Foster and Tempur-Pedic models cannot fall below the manufacturers' minimum advertised price. 30-day minimum in-home trial on Tempur-Pedic mattresses.

7. EXCHANGE FEES: Twin $79.99, Full or Queen $99.99, King $129.99

8. Delivery fees will be charged on Comfort Exchanges.

9. Note: Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for an exchange.

10. The Comfort Exchange policy applies to mattresses and box springs ONLY and excludes motorized beds, cots, special orders, outlet and clearance merchandise. Mattress Quote will not refund or exchange opened sheets, pillows or mattress protectors.
