By requesting a quote request, You authorize and agree that up to eight retailers or their agents and Mattress Quote partners may contact me using this information or to obtain additional information needed to provide quotes where permitted by law. You acknowledge that You have ready and understand all of the Mattress Quote Terms and agree to be bound by them.

MattressQuote is a resource for people trying to find the best quote on mattresses for themselves, their families, and their friends, and MattressQuote grants you a limited and revocable right to use this resource for those purposes. Without separate, written permission from MattressQuote in advance, you may not: (i) reuse or "scrape" MattressQuote's data for use in another service or website, (ii) attempt to circumvent any controls or limitations MattressQuote places on your ability to access MattressQuote or information on the MattressQuote resource, (iii) use any bots, scrapers, brute-force tools, or other automated methods for accessing, slowing down, or disabling the MattressQuote resource or otherwise interfering with the proper function of the website, or (iv) "frame," "mirror," or otherwise incorporate any part of the MattressQuote resource into any other website.
